Mr. Apruzzese has over 30 years of financial, tax and business consulting experience since his consulting days at Price Waterhouse Coopers, as a corporate executive, and during his over 20 years as an entrepreneur and business owner.   Mr. Apruzzese is an accomplished business leader, speaker and is active in the business and non- profit community having served or currently serving on several Boards, including the President, Detroit Athletic Club, DAC Foundation Board, Rainbow Connection, officer, Past President of the Detroit chapter of the MACPA, and serves as the first President of the Foundation Board for the Society of St. Vincent de Paul in Detroit.  He is a two-time nominee for Entrepreneur of the Year and was recently awarded for 2012 Outstanding Commitment in Philanthropy by the Association of Fundraising Professionals Greater Detroit Chapter.

JANINE GRADOWSKI

President

Ms. Gradowski is a Board member for various chambers and is a past Leadership award winner for NAWBO. She has participated on the Steering Committee of Thinkware, our software provider and has been instrumental in their growth and in providing improvements to their HRIS system and reporting support for our References. This software is used by many current competitors in Michigan and often their staff have been trained or taken classes at Thinkware taught by our team members. Ms. Gradowski is a true subject matter expert when it comes to human resources and is an often quoted expert and an instructor and presenter at NAPEO industry forums and seminars. Janine has managed and implemented the process and system updates to multi-company environments processing payroll for over 20,000 Worksite employees. The advantages companies can obtain by looking at various outsourcing models is her expertise. In addition, she is a driver of change within Employees Only. Her ability to diagnose issues and to recommend strategic solutions is one of the main reasons Employees Only is the company it is today.
