The Prepaid Legal Services plan gives members access to legal
services. Membership includes a simple family will; small claims
court assistance, legal advice, letters and phone calls by
lawyers, contract and document review, minor legal expense,
traffic violation defense and up to 50 hours of IRS Audit legal
services. If a member requires extended legal representation,
the member will receive a 25% discount off the standard hourly
rate.
