401(k) Plans
Financial security is important to today’s workforce, making 401(k) plans
a critical component of your employee benefits package. Employees Only has compiled
an attractive array of 60 no-load investment options ranging from aggressive
global funds to conservative guaranteed funds. Our financial consultants will
work with your firm to custom-design a company benefits plan that includes T.
Row Price, Dreyfus, Franklin Templeton, Fidelity Investments and more than a
dozen other major funds.
The federal government allows your employees to invest as much as 15 percent
of their income bi-weekly into a qualified 401(k) plan. Choosing a plan that
best suits your needs can be difficult, though. Employees Only representatives
will sit down with your employees to design an appropriate plan to meet their
investment needs whether they are looking for quick income or long-term stability.

account at their convenience either online or by using a toll-free phone number.
To help your employees monitor the performance of their funds, they can be
sent weekly and monthly e-mail progress reports. An automated system also allows

Series I and EE Bonds
I-bonds offer a return above the rate of inflation in a low-risk environment.
Interest is exempt from state and local income taxes and federal income tax
can be deferred until you cash them in. These bonds can be cashed in as soon
as six months from the date of purchase. (If redeemed within five years, there
is a three month loss of interest.) You may earn interest for up to thirty years
if the bonds are not cashed in. No fees or service charges apply and can be
payroll deducted.
Group Legal Service Plan
The Group Legal Service Plan gives you access to legal services through Legal
Club of America. New members receive the first ninety days as a free trial membership.
After the first ninety days, the cost is only $1.85 per week after tax. Membership
includes a simple family will and free annual updates, small claims court assistance
and traffic violation defense. If a member requires extended legal representation,
the attorney’s fee will never be more than $59 per hour for in and out-of-court
representation and, in most cases, can estimate the necessary hours the member’s
case may take.
